Why we exist.
Film in South Africa is expensive. Import duties, distributor margins, and small market size all push prices up to the point where shooting regularly becomes a luxury.
We started Truth Photographic Company to change that. We import Foma film and chemistry directly and price it as fairly as we can, to get more people shooting.
Foma has been making film in the Czech Republic since 1921. It’s good film at a good price.
If you shoot more because of us, we’ve done our job.
